Hotel Vibes Selaqui shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damages, delays, or inconvenience caused due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, technical issues, or third-party service failures.

By using our website or booking a stay, guests agree to comply with our policies and hotel rules.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

1. Booking Policy

  • All reservations are subject to availability.

  • Guests must provide valid government ID proof at check-in.

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM

  • Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may include extra charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation allowed up to 24–48 hours before check-in.

  • Late cancellation or no-show may be charged one night’s stay.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days depending on payment method.

4. Payment Policy

  • We accept Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Online Transfer.

  • Full payment must be completed at check-in unless prepaid booking.

5. Guest Identification

  • Valid ID proof required for all guests (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.).

  • Without valid ID, hotel has the right to refuse accommodation.

6. Hotel Rules

  • Smoking allowed only in designated areas.

  • Illegal activities strictly prohibited.

  • Loud noise or disturbance to other guests is not allowed.

  • Damage to hotel property will be charged to guest.

7. Visitors Policy

  • Outside visitors must inform reception.

  • Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight without booking.

8. Safety & Liability

  • Guests must take care of personal belongings.

  • Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to valuables.

  • CCTV monitoring is active in common areas for safety.

9. Pets Policy

  • Pets are not allowed unless approved by management.

  • Extra charges may apply.

10. Right of Admission

Hotel Vibes Selaqui reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating hotel policies or behaving inappropriately.
